Half way up the east coast of Australia, Brisbane is the capital city of Queensland.  To the south is the Gold coast and to the north is the Sunshine coasts.  The weather in Brisbane is comfortable and sub tropical with an average temp of around 30C in Summer and 17C in winter. There is always something to do in Brisbane and you are never that far from the Beach.  Brisbane has a large public transport system which is improving all the time.  It has an International airport just 20 minutes from the CBD so getting away from it all is “as easy as”....
